Refund Policy
Lessons:
We will provide a refund up to the start of your first session should you choose to cancel, minus a processing fee. If you used Affirm to purchase your package, your processing fee will vary based on the full purchase price and will be deducted from your refund. If you used a credit card, a $25 processing fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. You must provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of your first lesson. Refunds take up to 14 business days. The amount will be refunded via Affirm or to the card used to make the purchase. No exceptions will be made.
We will provide a partial refund following the first lesson. You will be charged the cost of our Basic Starter, $385. You keep the e collar and training leash. Refunds take up to 14 business days. The amount will be refunded to Affirm or the card used to make the purchase. No exceptions will be made.
No refunds are provided following the completion of more than one lesson. No exceptions will be made.
Board and Train Program:
We will provide a refund up to 30 days prior to the start of your Board and Train, minus a processing fee. If you used Affirm to purchase your package, your processing fee will vary based on the full purchase price and will be deducted from your refund. If you used a credit card, a $75 processing fee will be applied and deducted from your refund. Refunds take up to 14 business days. The amount will be refunded to Affirm or to the card used to make the purchase. No exceptions will be made.
If you choose to take advantage of the free Private Lesson prior to the Board and Train, your purchase is nonrefundable. No exceptions will be made.

Postponement Policy
Lessons:
During training, if you choose to postpone your lessons, your remaining sessions will be valid for a 6-month period from the time we receive written notice sent to blacksburg@offleashk9training.com.
Rescheduling Policy
Lessons:
You must provide at least 24 hours notice before the start time of your lesson should you need to reschedule. You can reschedule via Acuity, email (blacksburg@offleashk9training.com) or call (540-750-1955). Any rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice prior to your lesson will result in one session being deducted from your total remaining sessions. We cannot conduct lessons if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled time. This will result in one lesson being deducted from your package. A no show results in one session being deducted from your total remaining sessions. No exceptions will be made.
Board and Train Program:
You must provide at least 30 days notice prior to the start of your Board and Train to reschedule which allows us to fill the time slot. Please know that rescheduling could result in significant delays since bookings are typically scheduled more than 3 months in advance for this program.
