From The owner:
Crystal Armes is the owner of Off Leash K9 Training Blacksburg/Roanoke. She is a deeply rooted native of Southwest Virginia growing up as a coal miner’s daughter in Tazewell County. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech where she was a member of the Hokies Women’s Softball team during her undergraduate tenure. Crystal also completed graduate school at Virginia Tech and moved to Northern VA to pursue a career with the Federal Government. She has completed over 17 years as a civil servant. She now resides with her family in Blacksburg.
Crystal’s love for dogs began at an early age. She spent her high school and collegiate years with her beloved Dalmatian. Currently, her family has two rescued canine companions, Blake and Clay that are both Off Leash K9 alumni.
After witnessing the transformation of her pack, she was excited to bring Off Leash K9 Training to the New River and Roanoke Valleys. Off Leash K9 Training is one of the most reputable dog training businesses in the nation. It is known for bringing meticulous obedience to household dogs in all of life’s situations. We have proudly served the area since 2016.
